Went back to my sec sch to attend an arts performance with my sec sch friends last week
Reminiscing the joy and the downhearted moments of school life
You can also say I experienced the most during the 4 years
Most of the people enjoyed their sec sch life, for me it's love+hate
From the day I stepped into the school and to the day I left,
I've met a lot of people, be it school mates, classmates, friends and best friends
I was treated differently
I got to see the harshness of human nature, as well as pure friendship
Hypocrites and sarcasm remarks are common
When I walked past the corridors, classrooms, staircases, hall, canteen,
flashbacks of the past starts flickering across my mind
Especially when I saw the pictures on the wall just outside the hall,
Guess what, most of them are from my batch
I saw some of my teachers still in that school
And they looked totally the same as 10 years ago!
Choir and NDP are just one of the significant moments in school
In Choir, I remembered having to go for rehearsals and attending concerts and SYF
And now I am sitting down at the audience seats watching my juniors performing
NDP was fun. You can imagine how many practices we had just for that around 15 min appearance on that actual day
If I'm not wrong, we had practices twice a week for 6 months!
The most important lesson learnt --> Teamwork
At the 1st few practices, everyone was complaining why we had to perform
Having to run around the field 20+ times under the hot sun
But on the actual day after the performance, we had tears of joy
Everyone was celebrating their hard work which pays off
And they miss the times together
Anyway, that was a part of life
We learn from experiences
That is how I moved on

Went for my BTT on wed
I was super super nervous, it's been a long time since I took a test/exam
And the result is.... PASSED
Hehe. Although it's a borderline pass, at least I don't need to retake (2 months wait leh)
Have to start preparing for my FTT soon.
And at the same time look for my PDI

Had an interview today
It's what I wanted to do
The most important is it's a perm job
The only concern is the location
Hopefully I'll be accepted
But don't think the chance is high though

Went back to Malacca for Qing Ming last weekend
I remembered the last time I went was 2 years ago
Time flies
Although it was a short getaway, I can feel the ease of mind everytime I travel
How I wished I can stay there longer
I even got to see some cousins that I've not seen in almost 15 years!
Surprisingly, there is not a single sign of awkwardness
Instead, we chat everything under the sun as if we were close sisters
The power of bonding
For some people, even if their relatives are staying in the same country as them,
They met once or twice a year
Yet they are like strangers
However, for some, their relatives are staying in another country and only got to see each other once in 2-3 years (Like my case)
Yet we are able to be close with one another
P.S. I'm not referring to any specific individuals & don't mean to offend anyone. Sorry if I did.

I'm sure a lot people also feel the same way as me
Woes of being a middle child
The older ones always get everything first
The younger ones are always being spoilt
We always do the most yet getting nothing in return
What to do... We are born as middle child

I'm super angry
Bought a voucher at a deal online website (Shall not name it)
I didn't know the membership option is auto selected before payment
So I paid, nothing fishy
When I realized my credit card statement shows the amount which I'm not aware of it, I started to worry
No email confirmation on the membership, no PIN no. request from me
And the charging of membership is only 2 days after, which is after the 48 hours trial
If I did not notice this option is selected in the first place, how am I going to know I'm on the trial?
Which means I did not authorize this payment at all and they are charging me!
So it's a scam
I sent a complaint email to them being an super angry customer
And they offered a refund within 7 days
But from what I saw on their fb comments, they did not do what they promised
All they did was to keep dragging the case
I shall see next week if there is really a refund
If not, I'll call the bank for a dispute of the charge
